Business Confederation Macedonia recently signed a memorandum of cooperation and understanding with the Centre for vocational education and training. The main purpose of this memorandum is the commitment to jointly work on improving the quality of secondary vocational education in Macedonia and to provide outreach to employers and secondary schools, with the intention the workforce to appear ready and trained in the labor market so it will give expected results instantly.
For this purpose the Centre for vocational education and training, as one of the institutions responsible for improving the quality of the national education system, especially in the area of vocational education, is using the e-mail praksa@mon.gov.mk as one of the tools in the framework of connecting the vocational schools with the business sector in order to provide practical training for students in real terms.
Therefore, if you have the room and need in your company for practical training of students in secondary vocational education we encourage you to apply to the open e-mail address praksa@mon.gov.mk. The application is made by completing a form which can be downloaded from the website of the Center for Vocational Education and Training: http://www.csoo.edu.mk/.

The purpose of this e-mail is the involvement of employers in the education of students by providing real practical training. This will contribute to the development of practical skills and competencies among students and raise their readiness for participation in the labor market, on the other hand, companies will have the opportunity to cooperate with a potential workforce that could further engage depending on the needs, also to motivate young people to finish their tasks and thus the company can increase its efficiency.
The final outcome is shortening the time for transition from school to work and certainly well-trained staff that possesses skills that employers will easily accommodate to the purpose of their work.
