ADVOCACY AND LOBBYING

Advocacy and lobbying as a type of advocacy are a set of pre-determined steps aimed at supporting the interests and needs of a particular group, with the ultimate goal of provoking substantial and systemic change. Through these processes, efforts are made to influence the process of policy making and decision making.

The Business Confederation of Macedonia successfully supports and represents the requirements and interests of the business sector before the competent institutions. In this way, we successfully act in making decisions that are important for companies and that have an impact on their business operations, but also have an impact on the economy in general. At the same time, we directly introduce policy makers to the real challenges and problems faced by companies in our country. Additionally, using a proactive concept of advocacy and lobbying, we make a significant contribution to the adoption, amendment and supplementation of legal regulations.
