SOCIAL DIALOGUE

The economic and social situation in a country can only be improved through effective social dialogue. The social partners as representatives of workers and employers, through participation in social dialogue, have the opportunity to give their opinion in order to create the most appropriate solutions in the labor, economic and social field.

At the national level, the social dialogue takes place within the only tripartite body for social dialogue at the national level, the so-called Economic and Social Council. The social partners at the sessions of the Economic and Social Council give their opinions and conclusions that the Government must consider when implementing and developing economic and social policies.

Business Confederation of Macedonia takes part in the sessions of the Economic and Social Council and participates in the social dialogue in our country. Through social dialogue,  Business Confederation of Macedonia represents the interests of its existing and potential members, participates in policy making and acts in order to make the right decisions for the business sector.
