Business Confederation of Macedonia helps employers to focus on the key responsibilities arising from the established employment relationship with their employees. The employers from  Business Confederation of Macedonia receive various services from all spheres of employment, expert advice, opinions, counseling. Through the membership of  Business Confederation of Macedonia, employers have the opportunity to network and share best practices and advice with other employers as well as to participate in various events, workshops and trainings that cover topics related to employment.

As the voice of business in the Republic of North Macedonia, we promote the introduction of sustainable policies and measures in order to improve the working environment in companies. Through participation in the development of national employment strategies, as well as presence in working groups where labor laws are primarily considered, we call for reforms to position major changes in the labor market. We determine the business priorities of companies related to labor relations and follow the trends and issues related to the future of jobs and the relationship between workers and employers.
