The competitiveness of enterprises is the most important segment for long life or sustainability of companies, so special attention should be paid to the organization of enterprises in terms of development but also in terms of growth using all possible resources for progress in the most optimal way. For the development of a company, whether it is small, medium or large, it is necessary to create its own values by introducing innovations but also care for the potential intellectual, technical and working capital.
In that direction, the Business Confederation of Macedonia, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, organizes the 6 trainings regarding the increase of the capacities of the small and medium enterprises.
Activities include the preparation and promotion of activities during a promotional press conference for companies and enterprises which will be included with a panel to strengthen the competitiveness, productivity and internationalization of enterprises.
Also, the activities proposed within the project include trainings for:
Support for the preparation of a logical and realistic plan for changing the products and services of the companies: concept, opportunity, readiness, acceptance and concrete action.
Visibility and measures to change the products and services of enterprises: marketing, marking, packaging, visibility, highlighting information about the content of products and services and their direct impact on consumers / consumers and the effect of packaging on the environment.
Innovation in preparing processes for entering new markets: research of new markets, what you need to know about new markets, analysis and channels of analysis, use of individual techniques and use of knowledge networks (consultants and local market experts), target market adaptation, adaptation to local consumer habits, risk and brand dominance (product or service), as well as the use of information, marketing and communication techniques and technologies.
These trainings with the support of the Ministry of Economy will be held in 6 cities: Skopje, Prilep, Ohrid, Veles, Strumica and Gostivar.
