Returning workers to work during and after the KOVID-19 pandemic will not be easy. This means that setting a date for reopening or returning to work will not be enough. Many jobs have changed in order to adapt to new circumstances, and some of these changes are likely to be long-lasting, even at the time of finding and applying the long-awaited widely available vaccine or treatment.
Plans for returning to work will differ in detail and will look different for each employer, which is why the Business Confederation of Macedonia has developed a Manual for business enterprises to return to work during and after KOVID-19 which will address several key issues. which every employer will need to consider and take into account in the process of preparing and establishing the usual way of doing business.
